These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lonutguides.com ("Site") and any digital products purchased through it. By using the Site or purchasing a product you agree to these Terms.

The Site is operated by LONUT (UEN 53462899X), 82B Circuit Road, Macpherson Spring, Singapore 372082.

2. Products & Delivery

We sell downloadable digital products (PDF guides, worksheets, checklists). After a successful payment your files are delivered immediately via on-screen download links and an email to the address you provide at checkout.

3. Licence

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from our products without written permission.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Our payment processor handles sales tax, VAT, and currency conversion on our behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable products — is the property of LONUT or its content creators and is protected by copyright law.
